How to Use:

This device is super easy to use. Use the blue light for 15 mins and then the red/blue light for 10 mins. The total session is 25 minutes. After the blue light is done tap the device twice to turn on the red/blue light. The light starts flashing when needs to be charged. Use 3-5 days in a row for best results. For maintenance use 2-4 times per month.
